Once the seller ships your item, a tracking number appears in your AliExpress account under My Orders. You can track the parcel on the carrier website or through the AliExpress tracking page.

If a parcel is lost or never arrives, AliExpress Buyer Protection generally allows you to open a dispute and request a refund. Keep the order open until you have received and checked the item.
